Coupling, Covered Electrode, Crack, Creep or Plastic Flow of Metals, Cutting Torch


Finally we comes to last general definitions from letter "C" and today we will write about  Coupling, Covered Electrode, Crack, Creep or Plastic Flow of Metals, Cutting Torch. And with this post from Piping & Fabrication, I believe we will continue this article in the next post still with General Definitions but we start from Letter "D". and here it is the "C" thing we will read!

Coupling. 
Coupling

A threaded sleeve used to connect two pipes. Commercial couplings have internal threads to fit external threads on pipe.

Covered Electrode.
Covered Electrode

A filler metal electrode, used in arc welding, consisting of a metal core wire with a relatively thick covering which provides protection for the molten metal
